Our training is all about setting your canine friend up for success
to repeat behaviors and make right choices.
We practice evidence-based training that is humane and effective and centers around strengthening your relationship with your dog.
We believe that training is a process that you DO WITH your dog NOT TO your dog.
Our training uses a combination of management and games to develop good manners and self control for your canine friend.
We have no need to use choke collars, prong collars, e-collars, or slip leads.
Home School is our opportunity to work with you and your dog individually for real life training solutions. We will help you teach your dog basic manners along with changing unacceptable behaviors into acceptable ones. Also recommended for behavior modification for barking, growling, aggression, biting etc.
A better understanding of how to communicate with your canine friend and teach him basic manners plus a variety of fun classes and workshops in multiple locations.
Each month at Chuck & Don's in Hudson, we have a group open discussion on a specific training topic. This is 1 hour seminar with no dogs attending. All we ask for is a free will donation to Gregory's Gift of Hope Rescue, New Richmond. Your donation can be given at the time of the chat room discussion.
One on One Workshop
A workshop is concentrating on teaching or improving one behavior only. It can be 1 - 2 sessions depending on the behavior, you and Rover. This is not for behavior modification such as aggression, excessive barking, etc.
A workshop can be at Chuck & Don's in Hudson, at your home, on a walk, or in a park.
